residency by Investment Options.

Investments must be held for a minimum of 5 years after the residence permit is granted, according to the Montenegrin Residence Permit Program. To become a permanent resident of Montenegro, choose one of the two qualifying investments.

Property acquisition from €450,000

A €450,000 investment in development initiatives in Podgorica's capital or along the shore.

Investment in developing projects from €250,000

A €250,000 investment in development projects in northern and central Montenegro (excluding Podgorica).
