Citizenship by Investment Options.

Applicants can apply for citizenship in St Lucia through one of three financial options: a donation, a real estate investment, or a government bond investment. Successful candidates will receive a St Lucia passport, allowing them to travel to more than 157 countries without a visa.

A real donation of $100,000

Applicants can make a minimum donation of $100,000 for applying for residency and must be held for one year before applying for citizenship.

A real estate investment of $200,000

For a single candidate, the minimum investment is $100,000, $165,000 for a couple, and $190,000 for a family of four. Additional due diligence and processing fees may apply, and these prices vary depending on the applicant's age and family size.

A government bond investment

Applicants must invest a minimum of $300,000 in a government-approved real estate development, plus expenses. The investment must be held for a minimum of five years
