Citizenship by Investment Options.

Applicants for the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program must make a financial commitment to the government. Citizenship in Grenada can be earned through a government contribution, which starts at $150,000, or by investing in government-approved real estate on the island, which starts at $220,000. The property must be retained for at least 5 years after citizenship is granted.

$150,000 Government donation

Contribution to the National Transformation Fund (NTF) is non-refundable. The donation amount varies based on the number of dependents included in the main applicant’s application.

$220,000 - $350,000 Real estate investment

All real estate options are approved by the government. After 5 years the property can be sold, allowing you to release your capital without affecting your citizenship.
