Please carefully read our policies.

  • Upon confirmation of your payment, an account officer will be attached to you within 24 hours.
  • The account officer will request that you give us a maximum of five working days to set up your account with our agency and create necessary profiles for you.
  • An account is created for you on our web portal where you can easily access on your phone to track your progress, upload documents, escalate issues, get notifications, and even initiate another service.
  • A budget tracker is also integrated into the profile created for you. This tracker will help to monitor your expenses on the project from start to finish.
  • All approvals, forms, information, and decisions will be uploaded on your profile, and it will be updated frequently as there is an update on the progress of your application.

Visa Guarantee

  • We hear this a lot, and we are always happy to mention upfront that no visa is guaranteed. Decision to grant visa is solely that of the consular and cannot be directly influenced by anyone: not even a staff of the consulate. Meanwhile, the Canadian PR process, unlike other visa processes, is open and bound by law. The policies of IRCC already suggests that if you do not have dangerous medical condition, criminal record, adverse immigration record, inadequate/insufficient proof of fund and falsified/misrepresented personal record. then you will not be turned down.

Payment After Service Option

  • We would like to use this as a gentle reminder that we don't sell visas. This is why we do not allow payment after visa issuance. It is also another reason our fees are reasonably low (about the lowest in the industry) enough to only be for our services and not the value of your visas. We are aware that some agencies charge based on the value of the Visas, and it's a reason we are happy that we are Birdview Travels!

    We do not give discounts, irrespective of number of applicants We take 100% payment upfront and do not allow installment of any kind.

  • We advise that you review your options thoroughly before engaging, as Birdview Travels does not make refunds of any kind, except in the case of death of principal applicant.
  • Once service has been commenced from the point payment is made, Birdview Travels does not make any refunds in case where clients make voluntary withdrawal from the process based on client’s personal reasons (Family, marriage, business, job, or anything at all).
  • Birdview Travels will be obliged to make discretional refunds, but not less than 50% in cases of death of principal applicant.

Kindly understand that while we believe that our clients are kings, we also believe that our employees are kings since we will not be able to manage our clients without them. For this reason, we ensure that we treat our employees with as much respect as we treat our clients. Please see our community protection below:

  • An account officer is assigned to a client, and all correspondences of the applications are expected to go through the account officer accordingly.
  • While applications may not necessarily be handled by the account officer alone, correspondences are expected to go through the account officer for proper organization.
  • Clients are assured that every account officer is believed to be one of the best at his/her job, as Birdview Travels does not compromise on quality of service delivery.
  • Should any situation arise, clients may simply request to speak with a unresolved at the supervisor level may be escalated to the management.
  • In the bid to improve our community and our service output, Birdview Travels will kindly request that clients escalate any form of tardiness identified around the account officer (tardiness may include communication style, making promises of feedback without action, failure to provide updates as and when due, or any other issue that may directly affect timelines and job efficiencies).
  • We take language use very seriously. So, we do not welcome use of offensive languages by clients (languages considered offensive may include but not limited to, crazy, stupid, foolish, mad, idiot, varying ‘F’ words, and other languages that may be considered derogatory).
  • Birdview Travels reserves the right to officially remind clients of the Community Protection Policy at any instance of use of offensive languages in any correspondence with our employee(s). Birdview Travels further reserves the right to completely terminate, without refunds, applications of clients that indulge in use of offensive languages and//or physical abuse on more than three occasions while a single application is being processed.
  • By going ahead to engage Birdview Travels, it means you have agreed to maintain the community protection policies, and other policies.
